Key Points of Our Terms and Conditions
Eligibility to Use SynqoraX AEON
Access is limited to adults who meet the eligibility criteria described in the user agreement, and availability may vary depending on the trader's jurisdiction and local regulations.
Account Rules and Responsibilities
Every account holder agrees to maintain accurate information, protect login credentials, and follow the account rules that govern strategy deployment, funding, and withdrawal requests on the platform.
Acceptance of the User Agreement
Using SynqoraX AEON means accepting the full terms and conditions, including the sections on risk, account rules, and how disputes are handled between the trader and the platform.
Limits on Liability
The terms set out how liability is limited for market losses, technical interruptions, and third-party actions, clarifying what the platform is and is not responsible for.
Dispute Resolution Process
If a disagreement arises, the user agreement describes the steps for dispute resolution, including how to raise a concern and the order in which remedies are pursued.
Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of SynqoraX AEON, the browser-based workspace that applies machine-learning models to crypto market data and executes strategies on connected accounts. By creating an account or otherwise using the workspace, you agree to the terms set out below. If any part of this document is unclear or you do not agree with it, the appropriate step is to stop using the service before proceeding further.
This page is written in plain, general language so that it is easy to read. It is not a substitute for independent legal or financial advice, and nothing in it should be read as having been prepared or reviewed by a lawyer on your behalf. You are encouraged to read it in full and to revisit it periodically, since it may be updated as the workspace evolves.
Acceptance of these terms
Using SynqoraX AEON in any capacity, including browsing the interface, opening an account, or connecting funds, constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety. Acceptance is not conditional on having read every word, though we encourage you to do so before funding an account or activating a strategy. If you are using the workspace on behalf of another person or an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or organization to these terms.
These terms apply for as long as you hold an account or otherwise access the service, and they continue to apply to any activity that took place before an account was closed. Continued use after a change to these terms, described later in this document, is itself treated as acceptance of the updated version. No separate signature or confirmation step is required beyond continued use of the workspace.
Where a specific feature, promotion, or section of the site carries its own additional notice, that notice is read together with these terms and does not replace them. In case of a direct conflict between a feature-specific notice and this document, the more specific notice governs only the point in question, and every other part of these terms continues to apply as written.
Eligibility and account responsibility
Access to SynqoraX AEON is intended for adults only. By opening an account you confirm that you meet the applicable age of majority in your place of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement of this kind. Availability of the workspace can vary by jurisdiction, and it remains your responsibility to check whether local rules permit you to use a service of this kind before you register.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your account, whether initiated by you or by someone with access to your credentials, is treated as your activity for the purposes of these terms. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should take immediate steps to secure it and reach out through the available support channels.
An account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, or otherwise pass an account to a third party, and you may not use another person’s account without that person’s direct authorization. We reserve the right to request reasonable verification steps before an account is fully activated, and to decline or suspend access where eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.
Permitted and prohibited use
SynqoraX AEON is provided for legitimate personal or, where applicable, institutional trading activity within the markets and directions the workspace supports. You agree to use the interface, the strategy library, and the reporting tools only for their intended purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the platform, its servers, or the accounts of other users.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, reverse-engineering or copying the underlying models or infrastructure, using the workspace for any unlawful purpose, and submitting false or misleading information at any stage of account creation or verification. Automated access to the workspace outside of the features we provide for that purpose is also not permitted.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for the purpose of maintaining the integrity and security of the service, and to take proportionate action, including suspension or termination described later in this document, where prohibited use is identified. Reasonable, good-faith use of the workspace as intended is never at risk under this section, and these restrictions exist to protect the platform and its users rather than to limit ordinary trading activity.
Risk acknowledgement
Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital. This applies whether a position is opened manually or through an automated strategy, and it applies across both spot and futures markets and in both long and short directions. By using SynqoraX AEON you acknowledge that you understand this risk and that you are choosing to place capital into the market at your own discretion.
Risk limits configured before a strategy runs are designed to manage exposure, not to eliminate it. A risk limit reduces the scale of potential loss on a given position; it does not guarantee a favorable outcome or protect against every form of market movement, including rapid or unusual price action. Past performance and any illustrative figures shown on this site do not guarantee future results, and nothing on this website constitutes investment advice.
You are solely responsible for deciding how much capital to place at risk and for the consequences of that decision. Before funding an account or activating a strategy, you should be comfortable with the possibility of losing the full amount committed, and you should only commit capital that you can afford to lose without material hardship.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, SynqoraX AEON and those who operate it are not liable for losses arising from your use of the workspace, including losses connected to trading decisions, strategy performance, market movements, connectivity issues, or delays in execution. The workspace is provided on an as-is basis, and while reasonable care is taken in its design and operation, no outcome or level of availability is promised.
This limitation applies broadly, including to indirect or consequential losses, and to situations where a feature does not perform exactly as expected due to factors outside our reasonable control, such as network conditions, third-party infrastructure, or unusual market conditions. It also applies to any decision you make based on information, alerts, or reporting shown within the workspace.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a limitation described here is found not to apply in a particular case, every other limitation in this document remains in effect to the greatest extent still permitted.
Changes to the service and to these terms
SynqoraX AEON is developed on an ongoing basis, and features described on this site, including the strategy library, reporting tools, and interface, may be added, changed, or withdrawn over time. We aim to keep this site current, but a specific feature available today is not guaranteed to remain available in exactly the same form indefinitely.
These terms may also be updated periodically to reflect changes to the service, to general practice, or to the wording used across the site. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention, for example through a notice on the site. Where a change is minor or clarifying in nature, it may take effect without individual notice.
Your continued use of the workspace after an update to these terms is treated as acceptance of the updated version, as described earlier in this document. If you do not agree with an update, the appropriate step is to stop using the service and, if you hold an account, to proceed with account closure as described in the following section.
Termination
You may stop using SynqoraX AEON at any time, and you may request closure of your account through the available support channels. Closure does not remove your responsibility for activity that took place while the account was active, and any obligations that by their nature should survive closure, including those described in the sections on liability and risk acknowledgement, continue to apply afterward.
We reserve the right to suspend or close an account where these terms have been breached, where eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed, or where continued access would create a reasonable risk to the platform or to other users. Where practical, we aim to give reasonable notice before such action is taken, though immediate action may be necessary in some circumstances to protect the integrity of the service.
On termination, access to the workspace, including its strategy library and reporting tools, ends, though this document continues to govern any dispute or question relating to activity that occurred before that point. If you have questions about closing an account or about how these terms apply to your situation, the support channels described elsewhere on this site remain the right place to ask.
