Privacy, Data & Risk Essentials

How We Handle Data

SynqoraX AEON collects only the information needed to operate your account and applies clear controls over how that data is stored, processed, and shared with any third party.

Cookie Use And Choices

This site uses cookies to remember preferences, measure performance, and support secure sessions; you can adjust or withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings.

Capital Risk Is Real

Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital, and past performance or any illustrative figures never guarantee similar results in the future.

No Investment Advice Given

Nothing published on this website constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset, and every trading decision remains solely yours.

Your Data Control Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and SynqoraX AEON responds to verified requests within a reasonable period.

Privacy and risk disclosure

SynqoraX AEON is a browser-based workspace built around your account, your strategy settings and the market data that keeps your positions running. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how it is used, and what it means to put capital into a market that can move against you. It sits alongside our terms and is meant to be read before you fund an account, not after something has gone wrong.

What data we collect and why

When you open an account with SynqoraX AEON we collect the information needed to create it: an email address, a password, and basic identity details requested during the verification step with an account manager. We also collect information generated while you use the workspace, such as the strategies you select, the risk limits you configure, your funding and withdrawal activity, and technical details like device type, browser version and approximate location inferred from your connection.

We collect this data because the product cannot function without it. An account manager cannot verify who is opening an account without some identifying detail. A risk limit cannot be applied before an order is placed unless the system knows what limit you set. Technical details help us keep sessions secure and help support diagnose a problem when you write in. We do not ask for more than the workspace needs to operate, and we do not collect data that has no connection to the service you signed up for.

Some of this information you provide directly, such as when you complete a form or write to support. Other information is generated automatically as you interact with the interface, such as timestamps on strategy activations or records of when a limit was triggered. Both categories are treated with the same standard of care described in the sections below.

How the data is used

Account and verification data is used to open and maintain your account, to confirm you meet the eligibility described in our terms, and to communicate with you about your account status. Activity data, such as the strategies you run and the limits you configure, is used to operate the workspace itself: to place and manage orders, to apply risk limits before execution, and to generate the position and performance reporting you see inside the platform.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand how the workspace is used overall, which helps us decide where to invest engineering effort. This kind of internal analysis does not involve singling out an individual account and is not shared outside the team responsible for the product.

We do not use your data to build a profile for advertising elsewhere, and we do not sell it as a product in its own right. Where data is shared with a third party, it is only for the operational reasons described later on this page, never as a separate revenue stream.

Cookies and analytics

SynqoraX AEON uses cookies to keep you logged in, to remember interface preferences such as your chosen layout, and to distinguish one session from another so the workspace behaves consistently across devices. These are standard mechanisms used by almost any browser-based application and are not unique to a trading product.

We also use analytics tools to understand, in aggregate, which parts of the workspace are used most, where users tend to pause, and whether a page loads acceptably on typical connections. This information is reviewed collectively rather than at the level of a single visitor, and it feeds directly into product decisions rather than marketing decisions.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Doing so may affect how smoothly the workspace runs, since some cookies are required simply to keep a session open. If you have concerns about a specific analytics tool, our support channel can explain what runs on the site in more detail.

Retention, access and deletion requests

We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, mainly to meet the kind of record-keeping that any financial-adjacent service needs to maintain and to resolve disputes if they arise. Data tied to closed accounts is not kept indefinitely and is removed once it no longer serves a clear operational purpose.

If you want to know what data we hold about your account, or you want to ask us to correct or delete it, you can raise this through our support channel. We will confirm what we can action and explain any limits, such as records we need to retain briefly for security or dispute-handling reasons even after a deletion request. We aim to respond to these requests within a reasonable timeframe, though we do not commit to a fixed number of days on this page since that can vary with the nature of the request.

Deleting your account does not automatically erase every trace of past activity where retention serves a legitimate operational purpose described above, but it does stop any further collection tied to that account.

Third parties and data sharing

SynqoraX AEON works with a small number of service providers that support functions such as hosting, communication and payment processing. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their specific function, and they are expected to handle it with a comparable standard of care. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their own independent use.

We may disclose information where required to comply with a lawful request from an appropriate authority, or where necessary to protect the security of the workspace and its users, such as investigating suspected misuse of an account. Outside of these operational and legal circumstances, your account and activity data stays within the systems that run the product.

If a future change to the service introduces a new category of data sharing, we will update this page so the description here continues to reflect current practice, rather than leaving an outdated policy in place.

Risk disclosure: what trading digital assets means for your capital

SynqoraX AEON gives you tools to deploy tested strategies, set risk limits and let execution continue on our servers while you are away from the workspace. None of that changes the underlying nature of the market you are trading in. Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital, and no configuration of limits or automation removes that possibility entirely.

Any figures you see inside the workspace, in onboarding material or on this website are illustrative or historical in nature. Past performance and any illustrative figures do not guarantee future results, and a strategy that performed a certain way in the past can behave very differently going forward. Markets in spot and futures instruments move on factors outside anyone’s control, and a risk limit reduces exposure to a specific scenario rather than eliminating the possibility of loss altogether.

Nothing on this website is investment advice, and no part of the workspace should be read as a recommendation to allocate a particular amount or to favour one strategy over another for your personal circumstances. Deciding how much capital to put at risk, and whether trading digital assets suits your situation at all, is a decision only you can make, ideally after considering your own financial position.

Access to SynqoraX AEON is intended for adults only, and availability can vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check whether trading digital assets is permitted where you live before you fund an account, since this page does not attempt to describe every local rule that might apply to you.
